Cougar Care

 

Our Lady of Guadalupe School - Rose Hill, is happy to once again offer After School Day Care to our school families.

Cougar Care is available for students in all grades.

The hours will be from:

Monday - Thursday

3:00pm - 6:00pm
Friday 1:00pm - 6:00pm

There is one adult supervisor/homework helper.

Sample Daily Schedule:

3:00 - 3:30 Snack/Play (Playground)
3:30 - 5:30 Homework/Reading
5:30 - 6:00 Play time (Board games/computer games/etc..)
6:00 Pick Up/Sign Out in Grade 3

(A late feel of $20.00 will be assessed to any child picked up after 6:00pm)

Registration Fees:

1 student: $75
2 students: $100
3 students: $115

DAILY RATE for DROP-IN: $10

We ask for your patience as we work out any kinks in the first few weeks.

Cougar Care will take place in the 5th grade class until further notice.

When you are ready to register, please fill out the form on the back of this sheet and return to the office with payment. Payments are due no later than the 5th of every month.

A sign-in/sign-out sheet will be available. Please make sure that you sign out your child(ren).

 

Any child(ren) not picked up by 3:15pm, will be placed in Cougar Care.
